Discussion: Filter fallback accounts

Currently, it seems that the is one account that is GitHub's fallback account for deleted accounts: https://nuxters.nuxt.com/ghost

Thoughts on whether it should be filtered?
I tried to find bot accounts as well, but it seems that accounts like renovate[bot] and such are getting filtered already.

Alto, I just found: https://nuxters.nuxt.com/codecov-commenter. But it seems that this is not a bot app, like Renovate, Autofix others, so this is probably fine...
